I had a good time at the larp bbq thing today, even though I forgot half the food :/

I now have about 20 people possibly attending my birthday party so far, will post details up here and on Facebook as soon as it's all planned out. So far it's Saturday, after 7, and it will be a Chinese(probably) meal, possibly at the Riverside restaurant. Please let me know if anyone on here wants to go, as I'll need an idea of how many people to book for by Thursday :) It will definitely be somewhere not too expensive as everyone's broke, but it will be nice.

I managed to get some sleep after about 4 or so, this morning the lady with the little terrier knocked on our door. She was asking around to try and find out who's cat was the one I'd found. They've taken it away now, so hopefully it's been buried.

Mum's picking up the new temporary lodger around 4.15. His name is Josh. I hope he likes cats, 'cause we've got 4 of them :D I'm not sure what to do about the room(short term) yet, I've just about sorted out/thrown stuff out of my old makeup bag :P The rest of it may take some time. I'll be getting rid of a load of size 10-12 clothes at some point(will mod anything I *really* want). Increasing the size of my matt vinyl patchwork skirt should be fun ;P

Forgot to mention the good news :P I got my Uni results back, and I've passed the year. Also my student loan has been accepted. I still don't know when I'm getting it though XP

I also need to figure out what I'm doing for my birthday. I kind of wish it was later in August, I'm busy now and it's not convenient X

So I've been having insomnia/vivid dream problems again, for the past three nights. Tonight isn't helped by the fact that I found a poor dead kitty under a towel on the way back from the Chinese takeaway, right across the road from where we live. I can't get the image out of my head :/

I feel like I should have buried it or something, but it was broad daylight then and right now I just don't want to go anywhere near outside. I hope it's gone by tomorrow, I don't think I can face walking past it and just leaving it lying there. Dead. The worst part is, I know someone else will find it, probably the owner. I thought I heard a woman screaming from the distance earlier(while I was still trying to sleep), but I've no idea if it's connected or not. Creepy thing is 3 nights ago one of the 'vivid' dreams was about a cat I didn't know getting hit by a truck on that road, and me trying to keep a hoard of cats from going into the road for fear the same thing would happen to them :/

Tomorrow I'm giving someone a makeup lesson. She's never done makeup before apparently, so I get to play professional :) I'm hoping I won't be sleepy all day, I may have to drink red bull or lots of coffee. Also someone my mum knows is moving in tomorrow evening until September when he goes back to college. I think that's the case, anyway. I only found out earlier this evening, so I'll have to do a massive clean up job of my warehouse(room) so he won't have to sleep in a tip.

I really don't think the sleep thing is going to happen, at least not til daylight. Guess I'll read a book and stroke Khana(the brown kitty).

In other news, two of my exams are now over. Computing went ok, and Biology went well. At least I think this is what happened :/ Only Physics is left(the one I'm not good at!).

dogsolitude_v2 (who does not wish to be named publicly) took me to a Phillip Glass concert last Friday before Terminal, which was awesome :)

One of my kitties(technically he's mum's) had a cold last week, but I got him some medicine from the vet's and he's fine now :)

I have a couple of skirts that are *way* too small for me that have never been worn out, and will never fit again. The shiny one is a size 8 (how I ended up with anything in size 8, I don't know) and the matt one is a size 10.

Please tell all of your friends. I will accept reasonable offers, possibly stupid ones ;) Especially if I don't have to post them anywhere...

Exams went ok, though not as well as I'd hoped :P If I'm lucky, my coursework will balance it out a bit. I can't wait 'til I'm doing only subjects directly related to my degree. Four days straight sucked, especially the last one being at 9am. I also wish I didn't have to wait through christmas before getting the results back :( At least I won't have that bloody job in the way of my studies anymore after the holidays XP

Can anyone recommend any good sci-fi by the way? I want something almost as good as Farscape if possible and preferably something obscure I might not know about. B5 and Lexx have been watched recently, and Blakes7 is in progress :)

Tried the LARPing thing yesterday, it was pretty cool actually:) I also went to the circus society later at Jenny's invitation. I can't do the Tai Kwon do or pole dancing yet as I need sports insurance... Which is £30 XP XP XP No problem? Not when I have my loan, which isn't yet.

I had loads of calls to make today and not one person seems capable of answering a phone. The council are, as everyone knows, retarded. *I* was told to fill in the form they sent back, not my mother. The section they highlighted(like we're the stupid ones? I can read the F**king letter) was left blank because, as indicated in my previous letter, the section was NOT APPLICABLE. If they think I'm bad, they should see what mum's done to the form now :/

Apparently Natwest have opened the wrong kind of account. I'm not even surprised. After being made to go in FOUR times and seeing the same stupid little wh0re, I still have to sort that one out. Also HSBC turned down my student account application because of credit rating. Why? Lloyds had no probelm, and that's the account I went overdrawn with a while back! They gave me a credit card, too. I'm sick of dealing with stupid little bitches(both male and female) and I'm confused as to why I seem to have more than my fair share of fcuk wits to deal with recently.

I feel like I've done nothing now, even though that isn't true.

University is going well so far. I can't wait to get my student loan so I can quit my job :P Simon got his today, so hopefully it won't be long...

Oh yes, I've been abducted into Gamesoc and Deviantsoc. I may end up playing Warhammer on Saturday. Also Jenny has made me join the Circus society, so that should be interesting on Sunday :) I want my loan so I can get a yearly bus pass!

Also my new phone is fantastic. Gav's jealous because I have pacman(even though it's only a short demo version). I also have a demo version of the sims. Simon and I spent the best part of half an hour making them gay before meeting Kara and Emily for lunch :)
